The IACEE member and non member conference fee includes:

  • Conference attendance 27 – 29 May
  • Lunches 27 – 29 May
  • Coffe breaks 27 – 29 May
  • Social Events:
    • Welcome Reception at Two Towers and Organ Concert at Nidaros cathedral 26 May
    • Conference Dinner at Britannia Hall, Britannia Hotel 27 May
    • Boat trip to Munkholmen and a light meal 28 May

The NTNU student conference fee includes:

  • Conference attendance 27 – 29 May

  • Coffe breaks 27 – 29 May

The workshop fee includes:

  • Workshop attendance 26 May
  • Lunch 26 May
  • Coffe break 26 May

Workshop fee (Limited number of tickets): inc. VAT NOK 1.000,- (ex. VAT NOK 800,-) approx € 100,-
Early registration* IACEE member conference fee: inc. VAT NOK 5.000,- (ex. VAT NOK 4.000,-) approx € 500,-
IACEE member conference fee: inc. VAT NOK 6.000,- (ex. VAT NOK 4.800,-) approx € 600,-
Early registration* non member conference fee: inc. VAT NOK 6.000,- (ex. VAT NOK 4.800,-) approx € 600,-
Non member conference fee: inc. VAT NOK 7.500,- (ex. VAT NOK 6000,-) approx € 750,-

Speakers pay regular fees
NTNU-employees pay regular fees, but without VAT.
NTNU student fee: NOK 2.000,- (Social events are not included with this price)
Accompanying person or student “Welcome reception and Organ Concert” 26 May: NOK 500,- (approx € 50,-)
Accompanying person or student “Conference Dinner at Britannia Hall” 27 May: NOK 1.400,- approx € 140,-
Accompanying person or student “Boat trip to Munkholmen and a light meal” 28 May: NOK 1.000,- (approx € 50,-)

Scholarships

Differentiated Conference Registration fees for those who come from  Africa and Latin-America.
First time visitors of IACEE World conference from Africa and Latin-America can apply for scholarship that covers the Conference registration fee. We have limitied number of scholarships.

Those who are granted a scholarship will receive a discount code by e-mail. This code must be used with your registration.

Graduate students
You can also apply for a scholarship if you are a graduate student.

Terms and conditions

Preamble

These terms and conditions regulate the relationship between the IACEE2020 Congress organizers (NTNU, IACEE) and the attendees of the conference, including pre-congress workshops and social events. By registering to the IACEE 2020 Conference you consent to the following terms and conditions.

§ 1 Prices and conditions

The Workshop fee include only the workshops on Tuesday 26 June 2020 including lunch and coffee break.

All other IACEE 2020 ticket prices include participation in the entire conference 27-29 June (except the Pre-Conference Workshop) and lunches, coffee breaks and three social events including the conference dinner.

§ 2 Cancellation Policy

  • Until 28 April 2020: Refund is given, but a cancellation fee of NOK 500,- must be paid.
  • From 29 April 2020: no refund

You are responsible for cancellation of travel and hotel reservations if you do not attend the event.

§ 3 Recordings

You consent to IACEE 2020 Organizer making recordings of you by any means including without limitation, electronic recording, film, and photography without compensation of any kind to you. You also consent to the IACEE 2020 Organizer the right of use of such recordings regarding all IACEE-related matters and all possible manner of distribution, such as but not limited to publishing on the webpage of IACEE and IACEE 2020 Organizer.

§ 4 Liability

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The IACEE 2020 Organizer cannot accept any responsibility or liability for injuries or losses sustained as a result of any cancellations, accidents, illness or other occurrences that may arise in connection with the conference or its evening events. Participants are advised to organize appropriate travel and health insurance themselves.

§ 5 Force Majeure

In the event that the IACEE 2020 Organizer is prevented from carrying out its obligation as a result of any cause beyond its control, such as but not limited to acts of war, acts of terrorism, disease or pandemic, airline flight cancellations, strikes, flood and failure of third parties to deliver goods or services, organizer shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities for as long as fulfillment is prevented.
